They promoted the idea of bringing your old car and receiving $5000 cash for it and walking out in a brand new car. Chevrolet is even thinking about opening a General Motors Manufacturers Company in Europe with the next three years, that's brilliant I believe. American cars are starting to get quite popular overseas.
