Chevrolet Motor Company is a business to business electronic commerce establishment which uses the internet to facilitate the exchange of goods, services, and information between organizations. Most companies in this modern world use the internet to introduce and show all the aspects and services of products. Many people are often busy with their children, personal lives and work so they may not have the time to come down to the Chevrolet Motor's dealership to look up a new car and its new features so they list everything on their website so it can be more convenient and be more beneficial for them and their customers. I believe that the Chevrolet Motors Company website is very effective and that would be called stickiness, stickiness is a measure of a Web site's effectiveness and the visits of time durations that customers and potential customers are on the site.

All consumers have wants and needs that they want to be answered and addressed in a timely manner but, the most important is to satisfy and or please that need with a vehicle that has so many features and that is also efficient as well. The goal of this organization is to appease everyone and has their products available to everyone. With this, this company knows the ins and outs of consumer decision making that will make this that more efficient and last.

Chevrolet Motor Company is a pretty strong organization but it is currently in a channel conflict. A channel conflict are a clash of goals and methods between distribution channel members. All the automobile companies are fighting to be the top and the best in the business. The economy is very low right now so may car dealerships are not make the sales and the numbers that they used to. Many people foreign cars and that's why the numbers of cars sales for Chevrolet aren't going up quickly. For any company or organization to work they must use a successful inventory control system which is a method of developing and maintaining an adequate assortment of materials or products to meet a manufacturer's or a customer's demand. I would also say that Chevrolet's is also in a retailer channel because they do have services to repair and to give a consumer's vehicle maintenance and sells other products for the vehicles that are being purchased.

A direct channel is a distribution channel in which producers sell directly to consumers. In 1963, one out of every ten cars sold in the United States was a Chevrolet. Most Chevrolet's engines were small V-8 engine blocks that were quite powerful. As years passed on, the Chevrolet Company Motor has gone globally from North America all over Africa, Europe, Japan,etc.
