Retailing Part I
Chevrolet Motor Company has taken its retailing scene globally. They have gone outside of their environment and opened up new markets in Canada and Mexico which now account for two-thirds of Chevrolet's sales worldwide. Chevrolet sells goods and services to the ultimate consumer for personal, non-business use. Chevrolet is indeed no doubt a strong franchise in the auto world. As far as pricing goes for the Chevrolet Motor Company to the consumers, they sell their cars at very reasonable prices and still have room and make decent amount of gross margins. The company understands that charging a customer an arm and a leg is no way to make business but as long Chevrolet is reasonable and provides the goods and services that consumers want they are still in the game.
